Welcome to Four Winds Medicine Lodge. We honor the Royal Proclamation of 1763, which reserved lands west of Quebec for Native peoples.

This led to treaties like the Toronto Purchase, Dish with One Spoon, Two Row Wampum, Oneida Belt, and Williams Treaty, despite their breaches. Since colonization, we lacked the right to develop a viable economy on isolated lands. Now, with Section 25 of the Charter and the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, change is underway. Historically, hunting and fishing sustained us, but these resources are now depleted.

Today, fair trade within our nation is essential.

We buy goods most of our goods from Canada but lack economic autonomy, facing taxation, penalties, & competition from corporate monopolies. Support our business as we strive for economic fairness, fostering a positive, healthy community. We acknowledge that this is the traditional territory of the Wyendat, Haudenasaune, and Anishinabek. All Native peoples & non-Native peoples with no discrimination are welcome & free to do trade here.
